Real estate is truly in John’s blood. He comes from family with a deep history in real estate as both investors and in real estate sales as brokers. His father, John Amore Sr., and uncles, have worked or invested in the industry for decades providing him the opportunity to gain experience managing properties and attending to tenants and owners’ needs. Today he works with his father as part of the John Amore team.

John has developed sharp listening skills with his experience in real estate as well as his years in bartending and restaurant management. These essential skills have allowed him to build great long-standing relationships both personally and professionally, and a unique ability to understand and attend to his clients’ needs and wants.

He also has exceptional knowledge, interest and experience in technology, including; coding and computer infrastructure. This allows him to easily navigate through the complexities of today’s most powerful real estate tech at Prime Realty. It also makes him a perfect match for today’s tech-savvy real estate buyers and sellers.

John grew up and attended school in the Queens community of Middle Village with his extended family. He knows the geography and hot spots better than your iPhone. He specializes in the local Queens communities of Middle Village, Maspeth, Ridgewood, Glendale, and Forest Hills. He also works in the Brooklyn neighborhoods of Greenpoint and Williamsburg.

John is a huge Knicks fan who loves the sport of basketball. In his spare time, he plays hoops on the court with his friends.
