About Raul

Raul Oseguera was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He became passionate about real estate very early in his life through his love for architecture and design. As he grew older he understood and valued real estate as a fantastic financial opportunity as well.

 

Raul is a REALTOR® member of the National Association of Realtors. He is Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certified. He helps buyers and sellers gain the most value out of their property - even after a financial struggle. 

 

Raul is also a businessman and entrepreneur at heart. Raul spent over twenty years in the barber industry, running his own shop. These two lines of work sit in line well with his love of connecting with and helping other people, and building up his community. 

 

Raul and his family have been living in Bedford Stuyvesant since 2001. He is a leader there, always looking to give back to his neighbors. He volunteers with his church helping with food drives and serving meals at his local homeless shelter. Raul understands feeding the homeless lifts people up and provides much needed hope and caring for the community’s hardest hit individuals and families.
