Vivian migrated to the United States from South America at the age of thirteen. This life experience taught her - the road to making dreams a reality is through hard work, integrity, and ethics. She takes pride in being honest, reliable, and genuinely attentive to others' needs.

Vivian spent more than thirty years employed by large organizations such as: WOR Radio, Young & Rubicam, A&E Television History Channel, and Unilever in corporate America in the business administration areas of: Marketing, Advertising, and Finance. It was through these opportunities where she gained great experience successfully supporting and interacting with high-level professionals. She was able to complete complex tasks, plan events, and provide excellent customer service. These skills relate directly to her real estate business and greatly benefit all of her clients.

Vivian combines her passion for real estate with her passion for antiques and collectibles. She enjoys attending estate sales, auction houses, and garage sales, wherever she can find anything that characterizes the, “Old being the New - New.” She enjoys spending time studying history, arts, and culture and selling vintage furniture online.
