David assisted me with renting an apartment in Queens during the spring of 2020. His professionalism and genuine interest in finding the right fit, were beyond expectations. David is super knowledgeable of the market, knew how to pre-select apartments based on my requirements, and was my advocate during the negotiation process. He worked with me, even in the extraordinary circumstances of COVID-19 regulations. David Made sure I could see apartments either over video or in-person while keeping all parties involved, safe.
David matched my direct, no-nonsense demeanor and it came in handy. He worked with me to ensure we did not settle and got the best option. Communication was always seamless and professional. We landed on a great apartment that I now write this recommendation from. I could not be more thrilled on where I am, and that is in huge part due to David’s tireless work in making sure I got what I wanted - and then some!

The Carmen Folder. When we decided to sell our Glendale, NY home we were lucky to have a dear friend to give us some advise, and, also introduce us to Carmen. From the moment we met Carmen we knew she was the right Agent for us. Soft spoken, calm and incredibly positive, making us feel that this would be a good experience.
